Fin is a Digital Consultant with a background in engineering and a focus on building practical digital tools that improve how organisations operate.
He is a Manufacturing Engineering graduate from the University of Cambridge and has experience working across both early-stage start-ups and large, complex organisations. His career includes time at Dyson, as well as Newton and Cogna, where he worked closely with operational teams and central IT functions on data-led and technology-enabled change.
These experiences shaped Fin’s view of how digital work is delivered in practice. While working within established consultancy and start-up models, he saw the strengths of each, but also where things can fall short. In particular, the challenges of choosing the right tooling for the job, striking the right balance between delivery and change, and ensuring solutions are properly handed over, supported, and sustained over time.
North Foundry Consulting was founded to take a different approach. One that brings digital and data capability closer to the teams doing the work, combines technical rigour with operational understanding, and focuses on delivering solutions that make a tangible difference and stand the test of time.
Outside of work, Fin enjoys running, street orienteering, and the occasional pub quiz.
